Learning & Development Lead

About the role

As the Learning & Development Lead, you will head the L&D function across Saipem’s three Saudi entities, shaping and delivering an integrated learning strategy that supports the company’s energy transition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and manage the annual training calendar and budget.
• Maximize utilization of the Training Academy and design technical, engineering and administrative training programs.
• Establish a formal Knowledge Transfer program and develop internal subject‑matter experts as trainers.
• Manage the Learning Management System, maintain training records and measure training effectiveness, reporting key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within industrial, EPC or oil & gas environments.
• Fluent English; Saudi national preferred.
• Willingness to travel abroad as project needs dictate.
