Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes across the hotel complex. Working closely with the Human Resources Director, you will ensure that all staff receive the technical and soft‑skill training required to maintain the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain technical training manuals and tools in collaboration with in‑house specialists.
• Maintain personal training history files for all employees and coordinate with HR for performance evaluations.
• Order, distribute and track training certificates and ensure compliance with corporate HR policies.
• Analyse guest feedback to identify training needs and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare monthly training reports, attendance overviews and budget forecasts.
• Select, train and supervise in‑house departmental technical trainers.
• Coordinate training schedules, ensuring they are set at least six months in advance.
• Collaborate with regional or corporate training departments for alignment and support.
• Oversee general orientation for new hires within the Work Supporter System.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training coordination or learning & development, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance evaluation processes and employee records management.
• Ability to analyse feedback, compile reports and propose improvement actions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality.
