Learning & Development Manager – Red Sea International Airport

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the airport’s learning strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape workforce capability across operational and corporate functions to support performance, compliance and long‑term business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy, capability framework and annual training plan aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and workforce capability assessments to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted development initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, leadership development, mandatory safety/security training and role‑based learning programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, security and operational training requirements and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, analytics, user engagement and data integrity.
• Establish learning governance, competency frameworks, training policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and continuously improve program delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of relevant experience in learning and development, preferably in a regulated or aviation environment.
• Proven leadership ability to drive organization‑wide training initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and budget oversight skills.
