Learning Experience & Governance SGM

About the role

Design, lead and continuously enhance end‑to‑end learner experiences, academic quality, governance frameworks and digital learning ecosystems across HITCL. The role ensures high learner satisfaction, innovative learning solutions, consistent standards and data‑driven improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operationalise engaging, modern learner journeys for all HITCL programs.
• Lead development, adoption and enhancement of the digital learning ecosystem and emerging technologies.
• Own learning design, academic quality, assessment and certification frameworks.
• Govern learning analytics, performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and lead a high‑performing learning enablement team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee LMS/LXP governance, platform adoption and AI‑enabled learning solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12‑15 years progressive experience in learning & development, corporate learning or academic quality, including leadership of a learning function.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Required skills

• Learning Sciences – deep understanding of adult learning and behavior change.
• Learning Experience Design – ability to integrate instructional design, digital tech and assessment.
• Learning Evaluation & Analytics – defining and governing evaluation frameworks.
• Compliance & Accreditation – ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Learning Innovation & Emerging Technologies – adopting AI‑enabled and other innovative solutions.
