Learning Program Builder Intern

About the role

Trivers Associates is launching Hunters Academy, a new professional learning ecosystem for recruiters and talent acquisition leaders. As a Learning Program Builder Intern you will work directly with the founding team to design, structure, and launch the Academy’s curriculum from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and organize the Academy’s programs, learning journeys and curriculum across capability levels.
• Organize learning materials, modules, exercises, cases and practical tools, ensuring consistency and progression.
• Coordinate development and readiness of learning content and translate Trivers recruitment methodologies into structured experiences.
• Design assessment structures, competency mapping, scenario‑based questions and scoring methodology for the Initial Assessment.
• Manage cohort logistics: registration, onboarding, scheduling, communication, attendance tracking and certification administration.
• Track registration, attendance, engagement, assessment performance and learner feedback to generate insights for continuous improvement.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Curious about how people learn and comfortable working with data and digital tools.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership without needing detailed instructions.
• Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition and experimenting with AI‑enabled learning technologies.
