Leasing Manager

About the role

The Residential Leasing Manager will drive occupancy and revenue for a designated portfolio of residential properties in Riyadh. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will act as the primary revenue generator, linking operational management with commercial leasing success.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed leasing targets for occupancy rates and rental values.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle, responding to inquiries within 24 hours and converting viewings into offers.
• Coordinate lease renewals 90 days in advance and negotiate rent uplifts.
• Provide weekly market intelligence reports on competitor activity and rental trends.
• Ensure property listings meet Savills’ brand standards with high‑quality media.
• Collaborate with Marketing to run lead‑generation campaigns for hard‑to‑lease units.
• Conduct inspections of vacant units and arrange staging or refurbishment as needed.
• Negotiate lease terms, payment structures, and draft offers and lease agreements.
• Maintain 100 % registration of leases on the Ejar platform in line with Ministry of Housing regulations.
• Perform KYC checks, verify tenant eligibility via Absher/SIMAH, and ensure compliance with REGA standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong understanding of Saudi real‑estate regulations, especially REGA and Ejar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and adjust pricing strategies.
