About the role

Join Thuraya, a Lebanese restaurant located within the Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center, and deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests enjoying authentic Lebanese cuisine in an elegant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients and daily specials confidently.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Provide attentive, personalized table service while anticipating guest needs.
• Maintain proper table settings, cleanliness, and timely clearing according to restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address requests promptly, and handle complaints professionally.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, hostess and other service colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Support opening and closing duties, including restaurant preparation and cleaning.
• Process billing and payments accurately and maintain a polished appearance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a high‑end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium dining environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and menu items.
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene and health standards.
