Legal Advisor - Employment Law

About the role

Are you a qualified legal professional with a strong foundation in Saudi employment law? We are looking for a Legal Advisor – Employment to join our growing legal team and play a key role in providing expert employment law support across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and advise on employment contracts and related documentation to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Provide accurate, practical employment law advice to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Support resolution of employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, resignations and terminations.
• Prepare legal assessments, case summaries and recommendations aligned with legal requirements and business objectives.
• Draft employment agreements, official correspondence, legal reports, court submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Attend mediations and labor court hearings as required and liaise with external counsel, government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor developments in Saudi labor legislation, provide updates and recommendations on emerging legal risks and compliance obligations.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and case files for employment‑related matters.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian employment and labor laws.
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with ability to understand business risks and objectives.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with junior and senior leaders.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive learning attitude.
