About the role
The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal counsel to the organization across corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters. Working closely with the Legal Manager and various business units, the role ensures that contracts, policies and operations comply with applicable laws and minimise legal risk.
Key responsibilities
- Advise management and departments on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, policies and other legal documents.
- Monitor compliance with Saudi laws, regulations and internal policies, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Support the handling of legal claims, disputes, investigations and litigation, coordinating with external counsel when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal field.
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi corporate governance, contract law, labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
