Legal Advisor – Part‑Time (Remote) – Riyadh

About the role

Value International Group is looking for a part‑time Legal Advisor to provide strategic legal support for its engineering consultancy activities in Saudi Arabia. The role is remote‑based but requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients and external counsel to manage contractual and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal advice on corporate, commercial, labour and engineering consultancy matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and amend consultancy, construction, commercial and service agreements, NDAs and tender documents.
• Identify and mitigate legal, commercial and contractual risks in tender and project documents.
• Maintain contract registers, monitor obligations, milestones, renewals and expiry dates.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, client requirements and company policies.
• Support the development and implementation of legal policies and governance practices.
• Coordinate with external counsel, government authorities and stakeholders on claims, disputes and legal correspondence.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, reports and documentation for dispute resolution or litigation.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B, J.D. or equivalent) with a valid licence to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating engineering consultancy, construction and commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi corporate, commercial and labour legislation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to work independently and remotely.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
