Legal Counsel (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Wiyyana by Huspy is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its expansion in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide practical legal advice across commercial, real‑estate, corporate and employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS contracts, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, SLAs, referral and procurement contracts.
• Support real‑estate transactions by reviewing transaction structures, customer agreements and broker documentation.
• Manage corporate governance for the KSA entity, handling CR renewals, MISA licensing, regulatory filings, powers of attorney, shareholder and board resolutions, AoAs and MoAs.
• Collaborate with product, operations, HR and finance teams to address commercial and operational legal issues.
• Handle employment law matters such as contracts, grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations and disputes in line with KSA Labour Law.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial contracts, real‑estate transactions, corporate governance and employment law within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and provide clear, actionable legal advice.
