Legal Operations Associate

About the role

This remote position supports contract management by combining legal expertise with technology‑driven processes. You will work at the intersection of law, data and digital tools, helping to improve contract workflows and operational efficiency for a Saudi‑based partner company.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update and maintain contract information in legal operations and CLM platforms.
• Review, organize and track key contract terms, deadlines, obligations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, summaries and insights from contract data to aid business and legal decisions.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure contract data remains accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Manage legal documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders to clarify contract information.
• Support administrative processes related to contract management initiatives.
• Contribute to workflow improvements by leveraging technology and organized data practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in legal operations, legal assistance, paralegal work or a similar role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using legal technology platforms, contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Interest in legal technology, process optimisation and digital transformation.
