About the role
We are looking for an experienced Leisure Travel Consultant to join our Khobar and Dammam branches. In this role you will support customers in planning and booking their leisure travel, ensuring a seamless experience from ticketing to post‑booking assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Handle travel bookings and airline ticketing for leisure customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel journey.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business objectives.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and respond to customer requests promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing processes.
- Proven sales ability and a track record of delivering high‑quality customer service.
