Life Support Training Instructor

About the role

The Life Support Training Center is seeking a qualified instructor to deliver and manage BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and other life‑support courses. You will ensure compliance with training standards, support staff development, and contribute to continuous improvement of resuscitation education.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all LSTC programs and participate in instructor‑training sessions as required.
• Develop curriculum, agendas, reference materials, slides and evaluation tools for basic and advanced courses.
• Administer written and performance assessments, provide remediation, and issue completion certificates.
• Organize and run Mock Code simulations for Fakeeh Healthcare staff, including monitoring and documentation.
• Maintain equipment inventory, ensure infection‑control compliance, and prepare classrooms and skill labs.
• Collaborate with managers to review training outcomes and monitor compliance levels.
• Participate in outreach programs and support training at partner healthcare organizations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP or related courses.
• MBBS/MD from a recognized medical school or Registered Nurse with BSc/MSc in Nursing, holding appropriate country registration.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications from AHA and SHA.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
