Line Leader – Production Team

About the role

We are looking for a Line Leader to join BRF’s production team and help drive efficiency in one of the world’s largest food companies. The role supports the production supervisor, ensures quality and safety standards are met, and coordinates operators and production assistants on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor the productivity of operators and production assistants.
• Assist the supervisor in meeting quality standards, scheduling, and production planning.
• Escalate any non‑conformities related to process, safety, food safety, or quality.
• Manage material ordering and ensure proper handling of chemical products.
• Enforce HACCP, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) and 5S requirements.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense procedures and sustainability guidelines.
• Substitute the supervisor during their absence.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Ability to lead a team, organize work and meet production targets.
• Strong attention to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with 5S, Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Defense.
• Understanding of material ordering and chemical product handling.
