Litigations Section Head

About the role

Manage and represent SANS in all legal cases, disputes, litigations, investigations and corporate claims. Provide efficient legal support, interface with governmental bodies and external lawyers, and act as the primary point of contact while adhering to KPIs, budgets and established policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal consultations and advice to prevent and resolve potential complaints and lawsuits.
• Manage internal investigations of misconduct, recommend disciplinary actions, and liaise with anti‑corruption authorities.
• Supervise external law firms, review litigation strategies, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Represent SANS in courts and committees, preparing legal memorandums and required documentation.
• Coordinate collection of information and documentation for ongoing lawsuits across general and specialized courts.
• Draft, review and update contracts and other legal documents in accordance with current regulations.
• Monitor day‑to‑day activities for policy compliance and drive continuous improvement of legal processes.
• Lead, mentor and coach the legal team, fostering a high‑performance environment aligned with SANS values.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the legal field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in litigation, corporate law and familiarity with Saudi legal environment.
• Ability to manage external counsel, interact with governmental authorities and handle complex legal matters.
