Logistic System Coordinator

About the role

The Logistic System Coordinator acts as the bridge between digital control teams and on‑site operations. Based on the warehouse floor, you will ensure that physical activities align perfectly with data in our Transportation Management System (TMS) and Fleet Management System (FMS).

Key responsibilities

• Meet drivers, dispatchers and AVL technicians on‑site and verify deployments against TMS/FMS data before loading/unloading.
• Coordinate dock flow with the warehouse team to load trucks in the sequence optimized by the TMS.
• Monitor order lifecycles in the TMS from placement through transport planning.
• Identify and resolve system exceptions such as failed API syncs, stuck orders or routing errors.
• Dispatch carriers and drivers using TMS/FMS and log real‑time delivery milestones.
• Extract raw operational data from TMS, FMS and related systems to produce weekly reports on on‑time delivery, driver utilization and freight costs.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Fleet Management Systems (FMS).
