Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and well‑organized Logistics Coordinator to support our operations in Jeddah. The role involves managing daily logistics, vehicle fleets, employee accommodation and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Manage company vehicles, including allocation, maintenance, GPS tracking, fuel records, and related documentation.
• Oversee employee accommodation, room allocation, maintenance, and general housing requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, landlords, service providers, and project teams.
• Track logistics‑related costs, documents, and operational reports.
• Support project sites and resolve day‑to‑day logistics issues.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics or operations; experience in contracting or construction is preferred.
• Good command of English and strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to conduct field visits when required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to apply them in daily work.
