Logistics Documents Controller

About the role

The Logistics Documents Controller ensures that all paperwork related to the company's logistical operations is accurately processed, recorded, and maintained. This position plays a critical role in supporting smooth shipping, customs clearance, and overall supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming and outgoing logistical documents such as shipping orders, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Maintain an organized filing system that enables quick retrieval and reference of all logistics documents.
• Verify that documentation complies with company policies, industry regulations, and international standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to documentation.
• Communicate document requirements and status updates to internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Generate reports and summaries on document processing accuracy and compliance for management review.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling documentation.
• Excellent organizational abilities with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of logistics processes, documentation requirements, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs documentation is a plus.
