Logistics & IOR/EOR Manager – Server Hardware

About the role

Supermicro is looking for an experienced Logistics & IOR/EOR Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for high‑value server hardware across the Middle East, focusing on Saudi Arabia and Dubai. You will manage regional depots, ensure customs compliance, and coordinate international shipments of sensitive IT equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of server hardware depots in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, including receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Act as Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) for all shipments, maintaining compliance with local customs, trade laws, and licensing requirements.
• Plan and execute international shipping, working with global logistics partners to optimise routes, timelines and costs, and handle special packaging needs.
• Obtain and maintain permits, licenses and certifications required for importing/exporting IT hardware into Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Coordinate with global logistics, service operations and customers to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Proactively manage risks, resolve customs holds or shipment delays, and maintain contingency plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export management, preferably with IT or server hardware.
• Proven experience acting as IOR/EOR in the Middle East, with strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian and UAE import/export regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑value, sensitive equipment through complex international logistics networks.
