Logistics Manager (Construction/PMC)

About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of logistics operations for construction and PMC projects. This role ensures efficient movement, storage and distribution of goods while meeting safety, regulatory and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Manage transportation, warehousing, distribution and inventory operations.
• Plan and monitor movement of goods, materials and equipment to guarantee timely delivery.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities and third‑party logistics providers.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain management, preferably in industrial or construction environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD or CPL (desired).
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
