Logistics Manager – End‑to‑End Operations Lead

About the role

Responsible for managing end‑to‑end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and shipment planning. Ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Plan and coordinate shipments for timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Manage transporters, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
• Monitor inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with KSA customs, transportation regulations, and company policies.
• Optimize routes, logistics processes, and transportation costs.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, and discrepancies.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Lead and develop logistics staff.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of logistics/supply chain experience, preferably in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of KSA logistics, customs, transportation, and warehousing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driving license may be required.
