Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Officer to oversee the movement of materials, equipment and tools across multiple project sites. The role ensures that deliveries align with project schedules while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, site teams, suppliers and transport providers to optimise logistics operations.
• Manage warehouse activities, including receipt, issuance and inventory control.
• Track shipments, prepare delivery schedules and resolve any logistics‑related delays.
• Maintain logistics documentation such as delivery notes, gate passes, waybills and inventory records.
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment across sites.
• Support audits and inspections related to logistics and material management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in construction or project‑based environments.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
