Logistics Operator – Control Tower (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join Lenovo’s Logistics Control Tower as a Control Tower Analyst. The role manages the flow of operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across internal teams and external 3PL partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track all Lenovo shipments across all modes of transport, providing full visibility to the Supply Chain team.
• Coordinate receiving, expedite solutions, and communication between 3PL carriers and internal workstreams.
• Generate and maintain accurate operational performance reports.
• Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Some functional experience with SAP is preferred (not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
