Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Specialist supports the Distribution Manager in all supply‑chain execution activities for a regional distribution centre. You will work with internal and external partners to ensure timely imports, exports and efficient warehousing operations while continuously seeking productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with service providers to guarantee on‑time shipment imports and exports.
• Manage inbound, inventory, outbound and reverse‑logistics processes.
• Apply lean management tools and global standards to solve root‑cause issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and other functions to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and report on global KPIs and performance metrics.
• Conduct cost‑management audits and ensure risk‑mitigating controls are in place.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience.
• Strong motivation, customer focus and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to work in both operational and office environments.
