Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Loss Prevention Manager leads the security and asset‑protection function for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Madinah. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with legal and brand standards, and create a safe environment for guests, employees, and property.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all loss‑prevention and security activities, including patrols, incident tracking, and emergency response.
• Maintain logs, certifications, and documentation required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Train staff on emergency procedures, fire‑prevention programs, and accident‑prevention protocols.
• Conduct quarterly OSHA/Safety audits, hazard and risk assessments, and oversee the hazard‑abatement process.
• Develop and enforce key‑control guidelines, shut‑down procedures, and monthly checks of CCTV, alarmed doors, and duress alarms.
• Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on fire‑prevention and emergency‑preparedness initiatives.
• Handle guest and employee complaints, resolve disputes, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while meeting budget targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of security/loss‑prevention experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Criminal Justice (or related) with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a security team in a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and OSHA standards.
