Low Voltage Project Manager

About the role

The Low Voltage Project Manager will lead the design, construction, and operation of weak‑current (low‑voltage) systems for Keemart retail stores and warehouses in Daman and across overseas locations. You will ensure seamless IT infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and 24/7 support for retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for weak‑current engineering, from design and planning to construction, acceptance, and hand‑over.
• Coordinate quality, progress, supplier management, and customer satisfaction for overseas projects.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of IT desktops, IoT devices (PDAs, sensors, CCTV, access control), and network equipment in retail stores and warehouses.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, access points, and other network hardware.
• Provide 7×24 IT support, handling network outages, terminal faults, and IoT hardware issues both remotely and on‑site.
• Support broadband activation, resistance clearance, and long‑term broadband resource procurement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• College degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, System Integration or related field.
• Minimum three years experience as a weak‑current project manager or IT support professional.
• Willingness to work long‑term on‑site in the Middle East and travel to project sites.

Required skills

• Cisco or Huawei network certification (preferred).
• Weak‑current design and drawing capabilities.
• Network equipment deployment and troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, APs).
• IoT hardware knowledge (CCTV, access control, temperature/humidity sensors, PDAs).
• Understanding of network routing and wireless protocols.
• IT desktop support and 24/7 operation maintenance.
