Loyalty Deployment Assistant Manager – CRM & Loyalty

About the role

We are looking for a Loyalty Deployment Assistant Manager to drive data‑driven insights for our loyalty and CRM programmes. In this role you will analyse audience segments, monitor campaign performance and help optimise member engagement across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse loyalty programme audience data to identify behavioural segments, purchase patterns and engagement trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as redemption rates, earn rates, active members and ROI.
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for campaign messaging, offers and targeting, and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to define segmentation criteria and prepare data‑driven audience briefs.
• Conduct post‑campaign analyses, document learnings and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Monitor member lifecycle metrics (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, churn) to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support development and validation of predictive models forecasting campaign outcomes and member value.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with data engineering and IT to validate and maintain loyalty data sources and reporting pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in campaign analytics, CRM analytics or digital marketing analytics, preferably in retail, FMCG or loyalty programmes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver results.
