Loyalty Excellence Senior Manager

About the role

The Loyalty Excellence Senior Manager will own Nuhdeek’s loyalty program as a product, shaping its roadmap and delivering enhancements that drive guest value and commercial performance. You will work across IT, omni‑channel, analytics and external technology partners to turn business needs into actionable, engineering‑ready requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously prioritize the loyalty product roadmap (points engine, tiers, redemption, personalization, partner integrations) based on guest research, competitive benchmarking and business impact.
• Translate the senior department’s loyalty strategy into quarterly and annual roadmaps with clear success metrics and a transparent backlog (using frameworks such as RICE/ICE).
• Lead cross‑functional delivery, collaborating with IT, omni‑channel, analytics and external vendors to implement program improvements and ensure they meet defined requirements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end loyalty program operations for KSA & UAE, establishing processes, metrics and SLAs, and coordinating with OPEX, store and GCC teams.
• Drive engagement initiatives, grow active base, improve redemption, retention and revenue contribution through innovative campaigns and continuous program optimization.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience managing loyalty or customer‑engagement programs.
• Strong product‑mindset with ability to balance outcomes over output and iterate rapidly.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Analytical orientation, comfortable using guest data and competitive insights to inform decisions.
