Loyalty Programs Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The Loyalty Programs Manager will develop, implement and oversee the company’s loyalty initiatives across its premium residential and hospitality portfolio. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, the role collaborates with operations, marketing, finance and customer experience teams to align programs with business goals and enhance customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end loyalty programs, benefits, rewards and privileges for members.
• Identify integration points across the customer journey and embed loyalty initiatives into business processes.
• Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with external brands, service providers and lifestyle partners.
• Develop customer segmentation models and tailor loyalty offers based on behavior and engagement data.
• Monitor program performance, participation, retention and utilization metrics, and produce regular reports for management.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve the loyalty proposition.
• Manage the program budget and ensure effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and other departments to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience designing and managing loyalty programs, customer experience initiatives or CRM in a hospitality or lifestyle environment.
• Proven track record of building and negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable program enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
