Luxury Boutique Supervisor – Watches & Jewelry

About the role

Our client, a leading name in luxury watches and jewelry, is expanding its retail footprint in Makkah. They are seeking a passionate Boutique Supervisor to lead new boutique openings, deliver world‑class service, and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Uphold luxury standards in service, presentation and visual merchandising.
• Drive boutique sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through personalized clienteling.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting and boutique standards.
• Support the successful opening and establishment of new boutique locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, fashion or premium retail).
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or people‑management capacity.
• Genuine passion for luxury, client service and relationship building.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
• Based in Makkah or able to work on‑site there.
