Luxury Tech Consultant – Dyson Boutique

About the role

The Luxury Tech Consultant will work in the Dyson Boutique at Red Sea Mall, delivering premium customer experiences and driving sales of luxury technology and beauty products. You will combine product expertise with a passion for service to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries on product features, pricing and availability.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter and ensure merchandising follows brand guidelines.
• Promote new product launches, demonstrate usage and benefits, and advise customers on the best solutions for their needs.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, track sell‑out performance and generate daily sales reports.
• Support post‑launch sales monitoring and participate in incentive programmes.
• Report stock shortages and ensure timely receipt and replenishment of inventory.
