Luxury Tech Consultant – Guest Experience

About the role

As a Luxury Tech Consultant you will be the front‑line ambassador for premium technology brands within our luxury retail environment. You will build and maintain high‑quality guest experiences, turning product curiosity into loyalty and sales while supporting the brand’s omnichannel strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by answering queries on product features, pricing, availability and usage.
• Advise customers on the most suitable product ranges and demonstrate benefits.
• Achieve sales targets and line goals through knowledgeable selling and makeup expertise.
• Track daily sales, generate reports and monitor post‑launch performance at store level.
• Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment, report shortages and follow receipt procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an assisted‑sales or service‑led environment.
• Background working with premium technology brands.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
