Maintenance Engineer – Asset Reliability Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep our production assets running smoothly. The engineer will diagnose equipment failures, apply root cause analysis and implement lasting fixes, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, isolate and fully rectify faults on a variety of industrial machinery.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when necessary and develop long‑term corrective actions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of machinery, spare parts, tools and related components.
• Document fault investigations, corrective steps and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to source required spare parts promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Experience in maintenance engineering or a similar technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, spare‑part management and tool usage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
