Maintenance Engineering Specialist – Saudi Arabia Expat Package

About the role

Aramco is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence. The position is based in Saudi Arabia on a permanent, residential basis and includes a family relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Develop maintenance processes, management strategy, work and performance management strategy, and conduct maintenance health assessments aligned with GME and corporate requirements.
• Perform data‑driven analyses to benchmark maintenance organization performance, including spending analysis, maintenance effectiveness, operating costs, PM and PdM, wrench‑time analysis, SAP taxonomy, planning & scheduling, personnel competency, budgeting strategy, bad actors, and RAM modeling.
• Analyze facilities’ maintenance performance to establish reference baselines and issue regular benchmarking reports.
• Review maintenance reporting mechanisms and KPIs, provide recommendations to drive performance.
• Analyze maintenance spending across manpower, equipment, materials procurement, and outsource strategies.
• Assist line maintenance organizations in implementation of improvement initiatives.
