Maintenance Planner

About the role

The Maintenance Planner will lead and govern the maintenance planning process for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages’ site in Madinah. The role ensures that routine and extraordinary maintenance activities are planned, scheduled and executed on time, supporting safe operations, food safety, quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive routine and extraordinary maintenance plans for all site assets.
• Schedule and monitor execution of maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
• Integrate OEM maintenance plans into the overall asset management plan.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align maintenance plans with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce maintenance planning standards, including task prioritisation and shutdown scheduling with production.
• Leverage digital tools and Maintenance Excellence Packages to optimise life‑cycle costs.
• Ensure assets are maintained to a modern state, incorporating latest technologies for efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong focus on maintaining healthy assets to support safe operations, food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering and external OEM partners.
• Analytical mindset to optimise maintenance plans and control life‑cycle costs.
