Maintenance Senior Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Senior Engineer to lead the upkeep of production machinery, utilities, electrical and automation systems, and overall facility infrastructure. The role ensures continuous operation, minimizes downtime, and drives reliability improvements across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective and routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo and electromechanical assets.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, HMI, instrumentation, and automation equipment, and support new equipment commissioning.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate work orders, equipment histories, PM schedules and spare‑parts data in Oracle Fusion CMMS/ERP.
• Develop and refine maintenance strategies to boost OEE, asset availability and business continuity.
• Implement condition monitoring, Industrial IoT, smart‑maintenance and ERP/MES integration initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, alarms, downtime trends and energy consumption to identify risks.
• Support CAPEX projects through design reviews, FAT/SAT, installation and handover.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, IT and suppliers to resolve technical issues and standardise documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation & Control or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional certifications in PLC programming, industrial automation, robotics or project management are a plus.
