Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our CNC and welding equipment running at peak performance. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring all safety standards are met in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC and welding machines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in equipment.
• Calibrate, adjust, and replace worn components such as motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve machine issues and verify safety compliance.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panels.
• Upgrade or retrofit electrical components to improve performance and safety.
• Conduct safety checks and implement corrective actions for potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report major issues to supervisors.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a CNC machine maintenance technician with strong electrical expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
