Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to monitor, diagnose, and repair plant assets, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Observe asset conditions and prioritize maintenance resources to reduce cost and downtime.
• Identify, isolate, and fully rectify faults, applying Root Cause Analysis when needed.
• Operate NAPCO’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software and related enterprise systems.
• Apply local, regional, and international health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
• Use condition‑monitoring data to schedule corrective maintenance proactively.
• Systematically monitor manufacturing processes to uphold quality standards and drive improvements.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products against engineering specifications.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages as needed.
• Ability to use standard equipment, office automation systems, and specialized maintenance tools.
• Understanding of occupational health & safety policies and legal requirements.
• Capability to interpret technical data and real‑time condition indicators.
