Makeup Artist – Retail Beauty Specialist

About the role

The Makeup Artist will deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales of beauty products in our Riyadh store. You will demonstrate makeup techniques, guide customers to the right product combinations, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and demonstrations.
• Address customer queries about product usage, pricing, and availability.
• Achieve line and sales targets through product knowledge and promotional events.
• Track daily sales, sell‑out targets, and post‑launch performance.
• Maintain store merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment, report shortages, and follow receipt procedures.
• Participate in monthly makeup sessions and incentive programs.

Required profile

• Strong focus on guest experience and ability to build customer loyalty.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills to assess and fulfill customer needs.
• Attention to detail for store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock management.
