Management and Duty Analyst (Customs & Finance)

About the role

Join a leading global food company as a Management and Duty Analyst in Jeddah, supporting the seamless flow of customs and duty processes while ensuring financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and external authorities such as ZATCA, Customs, and other government entities.
• Manage duty claims, refunds, customs documentation and Bayan transactions in compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor budgets, cost allocations, GL accounts and material cost reporting to maintain financial precision.
• Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders and payment follow‑up activities.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, presentations and departmental performance updates.
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, policies and cross‑functional projects while keeping documentation up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs, duty management, finance operations or a similar function.
• Experience working with government authorities and customs‑related processes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial controls, cost allocation and reporting.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is an advantage.
• Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
