Management Consultant – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

Efficio is seeking a Management Consultant to join its Riyadh office and support Vision 2030 projects across the Kingdom. You will work on large‑scale infrastructure and giga‑projects, helping clients optimise procurement and supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, interpret and analyse client data to develop actionable recommendations.
• Drive data analysis, identify issues and surface insightful findings.
• Manage multiple categories, from simple to complex, and ensure methodology compliance.
• Guide junior consultants, ensuring best‑practice processes are followed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to secure buy‑in.
• Set strategic direction, solve complex problems and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Plan, implement and monitor sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Participate in recruiting junior consultants.

Required profile

• Strong communication, empathy and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with solid analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Experience tackling complex challenges in a leading management consultancy or relevant industry.
• Ambitious and eager to grow within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Required skills
