Manager, Account Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Account Management to lead sales strategies for customer accounts, align them with regional goals, and drive market share, volume, and revenue growth. The role involves managing existing relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering customized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute sales strategies for medium‑sized accounts in line with geographic objectives.
• Lead and nurture existing customer relationships, uncovering needs and growth opportunities.
• Partner with customers to provide tailored solutions and consulting support.
• Manage pipeline at the account level and contribute to overall sales and net‑revenue targets.
• Conduct profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis to inform customer business decisions.
• Assist in designing messaging, proposals, and strategic plans for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor annual business plans.

Required profile

• Extensive experience executing and managing sales strategies for medium‑sized accounts.
• In‑depth knowledge of Mastercard’s core products, rules, and services.
• Proven ability to deliver market and business analysis for customer accounts.
