Manager - Corporate Contract

About the role

The Manager – Corporate Contract will lead procurement, supply‑chain and logistics functions for KSIADC. The role ensures effective local content management, strong supplier relationships, efficient warehouse operations and reliable transport logistics to support the organization’s projects and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a local‑content procurement plan aligned with KSIADC’s goals and PIF requirements.
• Conduct market assessments to identify local sourcing opportunities.
• Establish supplier evaluation criteria and maintain a qualified supplier database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, quality and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate communication to resolve issues and ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for supplier reliability and operational efficiency.
• Design and manage an organized warehouse system to ensure inventory availability and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee receipt, unpacking and distribution of materials, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Establish safety and security protocols for warehouse operations.
• Develop detailed logistics plans integrating material handling, transport schedules and site requirements.
• Select and coordinate transport providers, ensuring reliability and safety compliance.
• Monitor site conditions, optimize material placement and track material movements with precise data management.
