Manager - Cybersecurity Governance

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Manager – Cybersecurity Governance to lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks that protect digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance. The role will shape a security-aware culture and align governance initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and enforce cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assess, analyze and mitigate information-security risks across the organization.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with IT, legal and business units to strengthen governance processes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of governance controls and report findings to senior management.
• Develop and deliver training programs to raise employee awareness of governance issues.
• Stay informed on emerging threats and adjust governance strategies accordingly.
• Liaise with external partners and stakeholders on governance-related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity governance or compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001 and other security frameworks.
• Proven risk-management expertise and ability to conduct thorough assessments.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM or CGEIT are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
