Manager - Design Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Design Management to lead multidisciplinary design teams and drive innovative projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing technical guidance.
• Oversee development of design concepts, plans, and specifications aligned with project objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage the full design lifecycle, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support efficient execution.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry innovations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, design codes, and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, urban design, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in design management, preferably in large‑scale mixed‑use, hospitality, entertainment, or real‑estate developments.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
