Manager - F&B & Retail Systems Design

About the role

The Manager – F&B & Retail Systems Design leads the design and continuous improvement of business solutions that support Food & Beverage and Retail operations. This role defines end‑to‑end processes, solution architecture, and system interactions across operational, financial, customer engagement, and data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery of solutions for F&B and Retail domains.
• Define end‑to‑end business processes spanning operational systems, finance, CRM, loyalty and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, the Master System Integrator and enterprise application teams to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Facilitate solution design workshops with cross‑functional participants.
• Ensure alignment of F&B & Retail solutions with SAP Finance, SAP Material Control, Blackline, Adaco, loyalty, CRM, table‑management, QR‑menu and data platforms.
• Define process flows, data ownership and system interaction models across multiple platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology and industry best practices.
• Support application selection, tender evaluations and vendor assessments.
• Act as primary liaison between F&B, Retail, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, vendors and implementation partners.
• Provide Level 2 support for F&B and Retail applications and monitor system effectiveness.
