About the role

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing all food and non‑food store activities within the In‑Flight Catering segment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with food safety standards and efficient supply‑chain performance to support uninterrupted catering services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and operational standards for store operations.
• Manage receiving processes, verify quantities, specifications and pricing of incoming items.
• Maintain proper storage using FEFO/LIFO principles and ensure stock integrity through accurate inventory control.
• Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile discrepancies and manage non‑moving, near‑expiry or damaged items.
• Coordinate demand forecasts, plan re‑orders and monitor supplier performance.
• Control costs, oversee asset registers and ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in inventory, warehouse or store management, preferably in catering or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead teams, plan manpower and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and storage compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
