Manager - Technical Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Specialist Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations in Riyadh. The role oversees data centre, server, network, Linux platforms, deskside support, SOC, NOC and storage services while driving automation and AI‑enabled efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery and operation of data centre, server & virtualization, network (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN), Linux/Unix, deskside support, SOC, NOC and storage/backup services.
• Ensure high availability, performance, capacity planning and SLA compliance across all infrastructure components.
• Drive proactive monitoring, incident, problem and root‑cause management.
• Develop and present operational dashboards, executive reports and service performance metrics.
• Maintain ITIL best practices, ISO standards and risk/compliance frameworks.
• Champion automation, AI and Agentic AI adoption to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 12‑13 years of relevant experience, currently residing and employed in KSA.
• Managed teams of 25+ members across multiple technologies (helpdesk, server, network, cloud).
• Strong background in ITIL and ISO process implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two core technology domains.
• Experience with automation, AI concepts and risk/compliance management.
