Manager - Technology Procurement

About the role

Lead end-to-end technology procurement across assigned portfolios, covering sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiations, contract award, supplier management, governance, risk mitigation, and value optimization. The role manages the full procurement lifecycle from demand planning through supplier onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct‑award procurement processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirements.
• Manage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboarding.
• Lead technical/commercial evaluations, tender clarifications, BAFOs and negotiations.
• Manage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests and claims support.
• Monitor procurement schedules and Tender Event Schedules.
• Drive cost optimization and commercial value.
• Manage supplier performance, disputes and operational escalations.
• Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional procurement initiatives.
• Experience within large‑scale organizations, giga‑projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
